Fri, May 16 ----- A workshop on The Body of Christ: Jesus' Presence in the Liturgy will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Saint Joseph's Church in Saint Joseph. Pre-registration in requested.

Sat, May 17 ----- Andrew Johannes and Rachel Heily will be married at the Cathedral of Saint Mary.

Faithful Citizenship Presentation

Sun, May 18 ----- Kathy Langer, Director of Social Concerns for Catholic Charities will be here at Saint Mary's after the 9:45 AM Mass to do a 45-minute presentation on "Faithful Citizenship," the U.S. Bishop's document on why it's important to understand the candidates positions on issues and why it's important to vote. The presentation will take place in the lower church gathering space.

Rural Life Celebration

Sun, Aug 17 ----- The 2008 Rural Life Celebration will be held at the Jim and Debbie Knopie farm in rural Little Falls. All are welcome to share in the family-friendly celebration at no charge.

The celebration will be a tri-parish effort of Saint Mary's (Little Falls), Holy Family (Belle Prairie), and Our Lady of Lourdes (Little Falls).

More details will follow as the event draws near.

The Rural Life Celebration is an annual celebration of rurla living and the goodness of God's creation featuring a mass with Bishop John F. Kinney followed by a short program and other activities. The event is co-sponsored by the Diocese of Saint Cloud and Catholic Charities.
